Pace Yourself in 2017
It's easy to go into the new year with guns blazing, expecting to take on 20 new things starting January 1. Don’t get me wrong, you can totally do it! But whether you have a 2017 plan, new year's resolutions or a long to-do list, pace yourself so that you don't get so overwhelmed that you lose your motivation and quit.
I've learned a great way to pace yourself is by listing what you'd like to accomplish and then breaking them down into smaller goals with timing. Share it with a friend to be your accountability partner. Don't be afraid to stretch yourself. Be sure to make your goals challenging but yet still doable. Happy planning and enjoy the rest of 2016!
